“Let the Wild Rumpus Start!”

Are you a Wild Thing?

If you went into the woods today;
you would have been surprised.
If you went into the woods today;
 you would not have closed your eyes.

For every bear that ever there was
Were hiding up the trees because
Today’s the day that Cradle Fables had their Rumpus!

Wild things roared their terrible roars,
and gnashed their terrible teeth
and rolled their terrible eyes
and showed their terrible claws
all in great fun to celebrate ‘Where the Wild Things Are’ by Maurice Sendak.

 And more importantly to celebrate Cradle Fables selecting the first ever book they will be publishing.

 Craft, games and a story entertained the children and Wild Things cakes, crackles and fruit filled their grumbling bellies.  It was a beautiful morning meeting fellow Cradle Fables Fans.  Zoe had a fantastic time participating in all the activities, her crown has taken front row on her special things shelf.  Riley loved playing in the parachute, eating the wild food and then searching for Wild Things in the playground.

 Thankyou Kirsty and your ‘business partner’ for putting it on.    We are definitely looking forward to looking for Teddy Bears early on next year.

Rizoleey = Riley + Zoe
I loved writing a diary for both of my children during their first year, I also made them a wonderful scrapbook of photos. Since my son turned 1 I needed a new avenue to express my creativity - Blogging combines my love of scrapbooking, kids activities, photography and writing.
I hope you enjoy taking a peek at our lives.
